The 1875 building bears the name of Charles-Séraphin Rodier Jr, a French-Canadian entrepreneur
very renowned in the Montreal business world. The building is today one of the last vestiges
from the Faubourg des Récollets, a former prosperous commercial sector. With its atypical shape, the Rodier
represents an important landscape and architectural value, the construction of a triangular building
requiring a degree of skill and innovation unique in the metropolis. The complete redevelopment of
all floors and the facade is completed 2018-2019.
