The building at 296 Saint-Paul marked the\nbeginning of a great adventure in Old Montreal. At a time when the occupancy rate in the historic\ndistrict was hovering around 50%, it took a visionary to make a series of building acquisitions in\nthe area.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3cc708 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3cc708\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFollowing the founding of the company, Georges Coulombe&#8217;s management projects were quickly extended to the whole of Old Montreal, passing from Saint-Paul, Saint-Pierre, Saint-Nicolas, McGill, Notre-Dame, de Br\u00e9soles streets and several others. As of today, GGC accumulates achievements in several neighborhoods of Montreal, such as the Latin Quarter, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, the Southwest, Griffintown and In addition to being the head of one of the most ambitious real estate groups in Greater Montreal, Mr. Coulombe is involved in numerous philanthropic projects, such as the Haut-Richelieu Lock and the Bouthillier House in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
