They are an essential factor in dealing with climate change, meeting greenhouse gas goals and supporting communities within a more equitable framework.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4313eb7 txt-bottom-space elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4313eb7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To achieve LEED certification, a building earns points by adhering to prerequisites corresponding to carbon, energy, water, waste, materials used for the development and maintenance of spaces, and indoor environmental quality. Projects go through a rigorous verification and review process and are awarded points that correspond to a level of LEED certification.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-419533f txt-bottom-space elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"419533f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt is with pride that two of our largest buildings have the &#8220;GOLD&#8221; certification, namely 360, rue Saint-Jacques and 276, rue Saint-Jacques.
